On "The Lineup" last night Fox's Kimberly Guilfoyle gave Shabazz about 15 minutes. He repeatedly said Duke University has a history of racism and his group will not allow it any longer. He wants the two indicted, convicted and put in jail. He is conducting his own investigation and his group will interview lacrosse players. When asked if the Duke students had anything to fear from his group (one of a number of stupid questions) he replied "Not if they're willing to listen to the truth about racism at Duke." She laughingly wagged her finger and said, "Now no weapons." He replied, "Those are your words." She seemingly was hoping for something to happen. Personally, I think he was just being a jerk, but I was outraged at Kimberly giving him a platform. She should be held accountable.
And Duke? Freedom of speech? They suspended a student for an email.
