Why do they think that giving the finger to the country that has (up to now) accepted them will help their cause?
The more they "flex their numbers", the more America realizes our problem and its associated costs.
The end is nigh for illegals in such unbounded numbers. JMHO
http://www.uschamber.com/issues/index/international/antiboycott.htm
"The antiboycott laws, however, apply to all boycotts imposed by foreign countries that are unsanctioned by the United States"
The 11,000,000 illegals DON'T vote. The voters hold the election of politicians, who make, enforce and judicate the laws.
Ramming unpatriotism down our throats does these pro-illegal immigrants NO good.
The Star Spangled Banner in SPANISH?! Absolutely, totally, 100% insulting, demeaning and unpatriotic.
Didn't a BRIT start this?
Breakfast at Wendy's
Get new Wi-Fi gear at Best Buy
Lunch at Ruby Tuesday
Craft supplies at Michael's
Dinner at Outback Steakhouse
Wonder if On-line purchases count?
I believe I will greet everybody at the airport (as I take a $1K airline flight), the rental car agency (as I begin a month's rental), the hotel, the restaurants with a big "Happy Bite the Hand that Feeds You Day". Will also probably do some shopping.
I applaud Ms. Sweet for her effort and hope that she is joined by many, many counter protesters across the country. I support those who make the effort to counter the boycott by making many purchases on May 1. Mid week I too was concentrating my efforts on coming up with a plan to counter this 'boycott' even if in just some small way. My focus has changed, drastically.
I am an avid supporter of President Bush. A huge reason I voted for him was because I trusted his ability to fight the war on terror and to protect this country from terrorism and I have supported ALL of his decisions in that regard, incuding Dubai, but have been frustrated with the inaction on the borders. I have felt that the inaction was due to both parties' appeasement of Latino voters
In ONE day, millions and millions of illegal alien invaders and their supporters have ANNOUNCED to President Bush and our leadership in D.C., that they WILL illegally take over major cities and shut down the entire country. They have made their demands clear and have stated that their objective is to intimidate our government into meeting their demands, which include immediate and full legalization, taking back their stolen land and open, unchecked borders.
'Boycott?" Their 'boycott' is a dangerously massive, threatening, uncontrollable assembly of foreign invaders, who's intentions are meant to be a show of force, all across the country, against our government, are an 'in your face' dare to any oppposition, and are, imo, without a doubt, a threat to national security. It is a threat that our government has created, done nothing to prevent, and is doing nothing to stop.
Wish there were a few more days to get organized. Too bad Rush is so busy with personal troubles.
Point is ... that is exactly what needs to be done to those who honor Pinko de Mayo tomorrow. Don't patronize those who employee illegals.
I wish I had more money to spend on Monday.
I HATE shopping, but come monday, this dude is gonna shop till he drops!
There has already been flags burned, this time it is Mexican flags.

How can we assure that purchases made today get credited as today's business? Seems that some businesses sympathetic to the illegals' cause might not report sales until tomorrow. Probably credit card purchases will have to reflect today's date.
We'll be shopping this afternoon.
Yesterday I posted a story about a restaurant that was to close today in support of pinko de mayo. My wife and I called and emailed everyone we could think of to ask them to boycott the restaurant. Apparently the restaurant owner got the message as the restaurant opened today with a limited menu and an open bar and the notice that was posted was forgotten. I will go in tomorrow to thank the restaurant owner for his courage.
