Representative John E. Sweeney with students at the Alpha Delta Phi house at Union College on April 21. Mr. Sweeney, a Republican from Clifton Park, N.Y., has been ridiculed by Democrats for attending the party.

I once went to my wife's college reunion. We believe we were drugged by the punch. We were never so intoxicated in our lives, barely recall what we did that night. I wasn't exactly a novice drinker but something about that night was nothing like any other night I drank.
