That is a tough one in today's society. It's soooo much easier to stand for something. It's so much easier to have everything revolve around you...your life...what's going on in your world. You've given your kids a larger perspective on things. It's about helping others....being part of something larger than yourself. Doing the right thing for the right reasons....it's not always easy to do what's right, but it's always RIGHT.

thanks...it was hard work, as I'm sure every parent on this site knows. But as I look at them now, it was worth it. Now my poor sister, well one of her daughters is a (whisper) democrat....my brother-in-law is praying that it is a phase.
