Maybe because the lawsuit is a sham. An attempt by the booster to claim he was not boosting with money. Their may have been personal difficulties but I be surprised he thought he was doing anything for pay.
Exactly. The guy probably probably bragged all year long that Reggie Bushs parents were renting one of his houses. He very likely thought he was going to get some big payday from some third party and now that that side-deal is gone he is claiming that he was defrauded. There is a word for him: schmuck.
