If Tidwells is hiring them, I'm afraid that I'm quite unsympathetic, unless your point is that Americans WILL do the job.
Actually, I would be doing it to make a point. I don't know what happened to Tidwell's -- they used to open their fields and let everyone in to pick their stuff, then you pay by the quart/flat, etc.
At least one of their fields is next to the highway, and if you drive by early enough, it's filled with Mexicans (presumably illegals).
