Before going to the movie, I read the 2002 book, "Among the heroes : United Flight 93 and the passengers and crew who fought back" by Jere Longman, published by Harper Collins. The book has many, many pictures of the crew & passengers, plus relevant details of each person's background, how their lives intersected on that day, and some family input.

I still couldn't really place many of the actors but actually that doesn't bother me. The movie was perfect because they were anonymous to most of America anyway up to that day.

I found this site http://www.pahighways.com/features/shanksville.html . A ways down in the site there's a handy list of the crew & passengers with their pictures. Search on: "At 11:17 AM" to find it quickly.
