I saw the film Saturday night here in Illinois. I thought it was very well done. I was relieved that there was not an attempt to add further drama, such as personal stories, etc. It captured the feeling -- as best a mere movie can -- of actually being on the plane.
Has anyone heard a review from a person who was actually involved in one of the key air traffic control centers? I'd be interested in their evaluation of the accuracy of the portrayal of events in the centers.
The actual controlers ARE in the film...just look at the credits of the film as they roll at the end...the name of the controller and then says "HIMSELF".
