I think the battle is lost I just went SEARS to pick up my lawnmower after being repaired (yes I mow my own yard) and I was the only person who spoke English. The only way I could communicate with the Service Rep was in Spanish. The SEARS was located only three miles from the Capital of Texas. Someone please explain to me why I SHOULD HAVE TO SPEAK SPANISH in Austin TX to carry out the daily tasks of life. I am writing a letter to SEARS in complaint I guess I'll have to write in Spanish if I expect an answer.
