"boycott of schools, jobs and stores by illegal immigrants..."

That's an excellent idea. Now if we can get them to take the next logical step and go home...

Gee, I thought all border state citizens were "mad as hell and not going to take it anymore"?

Oh well, when THEY cannot even get their own State reps to agree with them, then no way will the Fed.

"illegal immigrants and their allies as supporters equated the protest with great social movements in American history."

I must've missed that one... Which great social movement endorsed and promoted lawlessness in America?

So, when this Aztlan thing finally kicks in, they get California, right?

I say let them have it now, because it seems that they pretty much have it already. All that's left is for them to sign the deed.

Either that, or Californians who wish to remain in the Union (I'm sure there are some out there) can get together and do whatever it takes to remove this "government" from office.

sedition

n. the federal crime of advocacy of insurrection against the government or support for an enemy of the nation during time of war, by speeches, publications and organization. Sedition usually involves actually conspiring to disrupt the legal operation of the government and is beyond expression of an opinion or protesting government policy. Sedition is a lesser crime than "treason," which requires actual betrayal of the government, or "espionage." Since freedom of speech, press and assembly are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and because treason and espionage charges can be made for overt acts against the nation's security, sedition charges are rare.

This sounds like a definition of the CA Senate. The last line of the definition is unfortunate.

America wouldn't have been created without illegal action, said Sen. Richard Alarcon, D-Van Nuys. "They dumped a bunch of tea in Boston harbor, illegally. God bless them," he said.

This Alarcon is talking about people who wanted to become Americans, they made America, as did the immigrants who came to this country LEGALLY into Ellis Island. The ILLEGAL immigrants from Mexico don't want to become Americans they only want what American can give them economically, the ILLEGAL immigrants want a job, they don't want to become Americans. If they wanted to be Americans then then they would not send their money back to Mexico and write their own Mexican/National anthem. Alarcon, a man who took an oath to hold public office,is insinuating it is OK to break the law. Just as the Mayor of Mawed said he would not respect our Laws.

If I were a black I would be terrified, Hispanics are taking your country and your Black leaders say it is OK. Blacks will be the first to lose with Hispanic political control. How can Blacks vote for these democratic State Senators?

What part of ILLEGAL is it these people don't understand?

Have the CA State Senators violated their oath of office?

"I, ______, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support
and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Consti-
tution of the State of California against all enemies, foreign
and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the
Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the
State of California; that I take this obligation freely, without

any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will
well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about
to enter.
"And I do further swear (or affirm) that I do not advocate,
nor
am I a member of any party or organization, political or other-
wise, that now advocates the overthrow of the Government of the
United States or of the State of California by force or violence

or other unlawful means; that within the five years immediately
preceding the taking of this oath (or affirmation) I have not
been a member of any party or organization, political or other-
wise, that advocated the overthrow of the Government of the
United States or of the State of California by force or violence

or other unlawful means except as follows:
________________________________________________________________

(If no affiliations, write in the words "No Exceptions")
and that during such time as I hold the office of ______________

________________________________ I will not advocate nor become
(name of office)
a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise,
that advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United
States or of the State of California by force or violence or

Don't a lot of them shop at other "illegals" places of business? The lunch wagon, etc? I think it would be great if the illegals kids did NOT go to school....maybe THEN people would notice the effect at the classroom level.

I'd like to encourage people to INCREASE spending at OPEN businesses on Monday.

Also, on Monday, if you find a business closed, please remember that business and STOP SPENDING THERE FOR A WEEK.

Let them know that you do not appreciate their support of illegal activity and will show it by denying them your business.

How about sending them a registered letter telling them we have "accepted" their oath of office (aka...offer of contract) and that we now have firm and binding agreement for _____ to protect our constitutional rights.
