Anyone who believes this is a sucker of the first order. Russia has its own Muslim problems and wouldn't take the chance that rogue nukes would only be used in a proper setting. Their services are keeping proper track of them.

Well, as long as Russia has said it has accounted for and has had control over all it's nuclear issues and their underpaid scientists for the last 20 years, I'm good with that.
