No need. Pick up a package of Johnsonville Brats at your loocal grocery. I like to boil them briefly in a pan on the grill before grilling over charcoal.

I like to simmer them in cheap beer and onions until they are plump and just starting to turn gray, then put them on the grill. I also like a hot mustard with horseradish in it. Not to crazy about sour-kraut.
