There was a dinner I used to go eat bratwursts at where the guys behind the counter wore white paper hats. I think it was called Terry's?? They had the best foot long double brat sandwich I have ever had in my life.
Brats are one thing they do very well. A guy in our Sheboygan office was chairman of Bratwurst Days festival.
