If Brazil can do it, so can we! Absolutely. In the couple decades Brazil has greatly increased their domestic oil production. We should follow their lead; open up ANWR, Bristol Bay, OCS and all coastal waters.
Ethanol provides about 15% of Brazil's vehicle fuel.
