I didn't make the accusation so show me in the constitution where he committed treason.
Article III, Section 3: "....or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." I ask, then, are we now at War with terrorists from many sources? Are many of the same now within our midst as illegal aliens? Is proposing that they be allowed to remain here, and have citizenship conferred upon them, akin to giving them "Aid and Comfort"? I, also, did not make the accusation, but a case can certainly be made for it.
