We learned from among our sources working abroad that Western intelligence agencies are working at gathering information on some of the military and scientific targets in the country, and the noted source went on to tell us of maps of the targets which he was assigned in gathering information on them during his visit to the country. We are [sharing] it with you to give an understanding of these concerns and thereby maneuver in changing the location of these targets with a view to seize the opportunity to frustrate the enemies and make their plans fail as follows:
1. These organizations showed him special nuclear locations target maps in the country and our source noticed that most of the sites are near the Mosul region and on the Tigris River and some of them are inside the boundaries of the city of Baghdad.
2. Another map had the chemical locations on it and most of these are in the environs of Baghdad on the North of the city and to its south, showing that there are more sites in the north than in the south and it indicated that some of the sites are in the environs of the city of Mosul.
3. The third map had the sites of long distance rockets marked on it.
4. A satellite picture of the Taji vicinity that have gardens/crops planted in them which is in the triangle of the Kirkuk road – Mosul after the gates of Baghdad and our source told us that the gardens have hidden them rockets and important military equipment. They requested that he go to the region and note whether it was well-guarded among military bases and likewise, the presence of helicopters in the region.
5. The presence of large numbers of hidden rockets in the Mohawil and Jibla district.
6. There is a chemical materials storage in the Mahmoudia region.
7. There is an inactive cement factory on the Baghdad – Faluja road near the Faluja command that is being used to store chemical equipment. Remark on the protection of the factory.
8. There are rockets hidden in the triangle which is near the presidential palace and on the road to Saddam International Airport.
9. There is a rocket testing facility in the ‘Ameria district.
10. There is a secret airport especially for emergencies in the ‘Aziza district that has 65 rockets hidden in it.
11. Complete the transport of chemical equipment from the Al-a’qa’ compound and hide them in the manufacturing school in Musib and farm school in Yousefia and in specific schools in Mahmoudia.
12. Al-Taji District (The Tarmia triangle).
13. The Tharthar region (Tel Al-Tharthar) Northwest of the mountain slope (tourist area).
14. Complete the hiding of rockets in Beeji refinery.

Sounds a lot like Scott Ritter. But 'western allies' more likely means French and German traitors. Like the French and Germans who were getting oil vouchers as payment for voting against the US and trying to lift the sanctions.
