Totally. If I went around, telling people what to do, threatening to kill them if they didn't or if they insulted me or something, I don't think many people would like me.

Maybe Islam would be a bit more popular if the Prophet Muhammed, police be upon him, had left some lessons on diplomacy and how to not make people hate Muslims slipped in with all his exhortations to run around slaying infidels.
