This is one of those stories I am having a lot of fun with, because there simply is no way to defend McCarthy without being a complete hypocrite. It's been funny watching the libs I know bend and twist to try to defend her, and they insist they're patriotic and not for Al Qaeda and all that.
Just when the Republicans were possibly in big trouble in November, the Dems (including McCarthy) prove themselves not only weak on defense, but possibly treasonous. Thanks Dummies!
The thing that's so pathetic about it is that it's blatantly obvious! Last night on Larry King's show on CNN, he featured (of all people)... Mark Felt. His daughter and grandson appeared, extolling his virtue and calling him a "hero". Who next? We'll hear from plenty of whistleblowers, no doubt. All for the express purpose of putting a "hero" spin on people who break the law and leak classified information to support their personal political agendas.
I'm waiting for Mary McCarthy to appear on King's show. She won't appear on any show that will openly challenge her.
Kind of like the immigration issue while conveniently leaving out the term ILLEGAL. No one wants to go on record and say it is ok to violate the law.
