The TV movies on Flight 93 made me tear up and pissed me off all over again.
Sounds like this movie will have me blubbering in the aisle and then have me off to the local recruiter to volunteer to help kill terrorists.
It's NOT too soon!

A couple of weeks ago, I had exchanged a couple of posts with Tony on the daily thread and made the point that any program, any at all, that deals with illegals must first start with a real, serious and immediate campaign to seal the border, including by police/guardsman, prior to building a physical barrier. Without that, everything is irrelevant. And after that I will be willing to listen to guest workers programs, eventual citizenship, etc.
So far I have not seen such a program proposed by the administration.

Why would you suggest Tony's IQ is higher than Rush's. I listen to both and that's my opinion. Tony can debate on his feet where Rush needs to refer to prepared talking points. Tony is so much more researched than Rush IMHO. That's why Rush won't appear on TV debate shows very often.

Well, I'll save you the trouble...We hate Bush...we don't need an agenda....we hate Bush...we don't need ideas..Bush Lied People Died, I support Cindy Sheehan....
Skip to another thread, same mantra. They are high on nasty, and low on ideas (and IQ).

What's to debate? I think it would be a lot like if Mr. Stick Man got the job.
Did I hear someone say
Mr. Stick Figure?

I think it would be a lot like if Mr. Stick Man got the job. Mr. Stick Man is the only press secretary I would have wanted more than Tony LOL.

I'm with you on this, we must close the boarders now! What really ticks me off is that the Administration is not LISTENING.
To: angcat
How did you find out where it's playing and where it's not? I can't find it playing in OKC or within 60 miles.

"Lanny Davis can go find Bill Clinton's butt to kiss" In that case, he'll be going to the "back" nine at the Las Vegas Country Club golf course, where his Secret Service guys stopped a nearby homeowner from firing a rocket in celebration of the birthday of little Savanna Muirhead, the 5-year-old daughter of 28-year-old porn star Sophia Rossi. When the homeowner was told WHY he was being prevented from stopping the "rocket-launching" celebration, he replied "If we had known Bill Clinton was playing golf here we would have invited him to our party"...................................YYYEEEEECCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed, snowman. WE should see the images from 9/11 everyday. For some reason, we as a country, have a very short memory. As a country, we've forgotten how sad we were, and how mad we became.

I really don't see Rush as his inferior in terms of brain power I don't think I'd use the word "inferior" to describe the difference. But I definitely think Tony has better debating skills, Tony is just so much more prepared.

We need Rush in the trenches anyway. Rush is great because he says exactly what he thinks without worrying about being offensive. I'm sure he'd be a great advisor to the Prez, but he does a LOT of good right where he's at.
To: RasterMaster
I hope Rush is lurking and realizes that this film is only in 'limited release'. Should cut waaay into that contribution to the Flt. 93 memorial. It will also give the left a talking point as to how little money the film will make this weekend.

Both men are principled conservatives. Both are brilliant. Rush is a better entertainer who can make conservatism more palatable to more people through his skits and wit. Tony is a better researcher and reporter (which after all is his background) and probably would do better in formal scored debates. They both are brilliant in their own way and I wouldn't trade either of them for anyone on the DUmmies side of the house.
