WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush threatened on Tuesday to veto a bill to fund the Iraq war and Hurricane Katrina rebuilding if its cost exceeds $92.2 billion, as he weighed in on a heated Senate debate over the bill's rising price tag.

Somewhere about here, I believe, is posted a "To Do" list for the President & Republicans in coming months. I believe attributed to Josh Bolton. Veto'ing a bill is one of the objectives.
We'll see.

Threaten a veto!
To make a threat means you have to back up what you say. As I do believe he's actually lost the stamp that says veto it's not a threat, it's a joke
