I saw 107. So basically, she has to spend 6 months in federal jail, and wait for an after-the-fact pardon when Bush leaves? I consider that unacceptable.

Prosecutors have all kinds of discretion when it comes to who gets prosecuted for what. The president has all kinds of influence. I think it would be worse for GWB if he lets this woman go to jaiil for merely voicing her opinion - you think the Dems will jump all over him if he lets her go; that will be nothing compared to if he does nothing to stop her from spending time in Fed.
