General Tommy Franks is on record as stating that in the event of a WMD attack on the United States by terrorists, that the most likely and immediate result would be an imposition of martial law, suspension of the Constitution, and we would have a military government for the duration.

Now there is a silver lining to that, and one needs only to think about Mary McCarthy and her ilk to figure out what that means.

yes it would have a silver lining, but the a$$holes like McCarthy that contributed to us getting there, will also in a way get what they were aiming for.
