That WAS the query; however it pertained to what the local governments were doing. You did not answer the question at all; you didn;t even come close to answering it. Instead, you wrote about something completely and utterly different...what YOU would do about the borders and the English language, etc. if YOU were president.
As you can plainly see, from the wee bit of my CCPed post, I specifically asked you what THE PRESIDENT, not what what YOU would do if, GOD forfend, you were president, faced with a myriad of different locals hampering the process of catching illegal aliens.
Might I suggest that you find someone, with more ability to read and comprehend the written English word, than you, to help you? It is, quite frankly, impossible for me to write any simpler and plainer than I have been doing.
How was I supposed to know it pertained to local governments since you did not mention one word about local governments in that post? I do not see how asking what I think the President should do about illegal immigration would give me any indication that you wanted my answer to specifically address local laws that you did not even mention. Maybe you should learn how to properly formulate questions so that you don't have to attack people for answering the question you actually asked.
And once again please cite the laws that you referred to. I've asked you to three times and you haven't cited them. If you know so much it should be easy to cite them. Otherwise I'll just assume that you made it up. Secondly, your assertion that the Chicago City Council can pass a law that surpasses the President's authority demonstrates that you are not concerned with anything pertaining to reality.
