I know for a fact, that there are laws, local laws, quite a few decades old, in N.Y.C. and in Chicago, which forbids the people in the professions I named, from alerting the INS/ICE to the illegal aliens whom they've come in contact with, in a professional way. I also know, unlike you, evidently, that there are other places, whose local laws are the same or similar.
You are unaware of facts, yet you post, with "authority", about that which you have little knowledge of.
In a debate, knowledge is key. Facts matter; they really do!

This was the question you asked. I answered it. I see no stipulations about my response addressing the laws you are now referring to after the fact. Why don't you cite these laws by name if you know what they are? Name them. And I'll say again, local laws do not override federal laws.
