Not ALL of us disagree with Tony's stand on immigration, nor the President's. I don't argue about it any more because those who think differently are entrenched in their position.

I am glad to have someone defending the President's position on the Iraq war, Iran, taxes, etc. etc. One would hope you could at least see the advantage to that.

No, not everyone, but most Americans and the overwhelming majority of FReepers disagree with the Presidents and Tony Snows stand on immigration.

For a long time the President has needed a better spokesperson for his positions. I hope Mr. Snow has the toughness to deal with the vipers of the press corp. It's not enough to be smooth and articulate. A touch of meanness, with wit, couldn't hurt.
