Just curious---what does irrelevant mean when applied to a sitting president? Does he just sleep in while the government cranks along? Or were you joking?

He doesn't lead. His views are ignored. The base doesn't support him any longer. He can't get his issues through the worthless Congress. His administration is ruderless and either can't or won't fight the lies and impressions in the media.

Even the WOT is waning while we play diplomatic footsie with our enemies. They are gun shy with Iran and Syria. They let the French and Russians get away with backstabbing them at every turn.
