Why would FOX not have this first?????
FOX rarely breaks anything this time of night.
For all its faults, CNN does better breaking coverage (that doesn't involve car chases) 24/7.
Ya got me....I asked the same thing...but, it has been suggested that it was "leaked" to CNN...
I think there is a lot of the media that are friends regardless of what network they work for...so I am sure the gossip has been hot and heavy for the week or so that this has been known about.
These people all are in the same social circle...and word does get around.
