I am sad also....but, hopefully, in his "off time", he can still come to FR and at least read how we feel about things...and can pass the message to President Bush...

Tomorrow's live thead will be interesting. I'll miss his daily show but think he's made a smart move ... for many reasons.

"Sources close to the White House say that Fox News anchor Tony Snow is expected to accept the job as White House press secretary," Anderson Cooper said at the top of 360 tonight.
CNN correspondent Suzanne Malveaux said there may be an announcement in the next few days -- possibly as soon as Tuesday. "Sources say that this came to some sort of resolution over the weekend," she said.
Cooper asked: "Is this a done deal?" She replied: "it's a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the i's."
Tony works for FOX, how is it that this breaking news comes from the Commie News Network?
I would guess that, if this is true, he won't be "with us", so to speak, for his tenure. However, I will volunteer for yard duty, or whatever.

Turnabout is fair play. Tony subbed for Rush a couple or four times a year, so Rush should be allowed to sub for Tony every now and again.
