Really? I thought it was kind of a gentle mocking by Southpark Standards - Scientology, Barbera Streisand, Censorship - those things they really hate.
I thought most of the mocking was saved for South Park itself. "At least Family Guy isn't all preachy and up its own ass with messages". "How would you feel Kyle if there was a show on television that made fun of Jews all the time?"
