So your willing to pay double for your food as long as the workers are paid a "living wage"?

Just paid my Calif taxes last week - seems like I'm a proud member of this fair state's highest tax bracket. Even though lettuce might cost me $1/head at the supermarket, my share of Jorge's & friends' health, edcuation and welfare apportioned over my food bill makes it more like $10/head.

I'd rather pay the costs directly than have a tax burden levied that nets a higher price in the end!

BTTT! Lots of folks refuse to realize the truth that "cheap labor" isn't free at all - here in Mexifornia it costs us 10 billion a year...that ain't cheap!
