Some conservatives have expected Bush to morph into Tancredo. That was never going to happen.I'd like him to morph into a President who "faithfully executes" our immigration laws and protects our sovereignty. No matter how "compassionate" he personally feels towards illegal aliens.

Did you expect him to morph into Ted Kennedy? Hes claimed for the last two years to oppose a path to citizenship for illegals. Apparently that was untrue.
