Actually I truly believe SHE is evil, I still haven't made up my mind about him. Maybe he is too but nowhere near the same extent.

HE is just a Southern Bubba who likes the perqs of office (the women) and the ability to "shoot the bull" about policy without ever doing a whole lot about it.
