According to this law having a copy of Nero or any other program provided with a cd burner and a cd burner drive is illegal. So most PCs in the country would be illegal.

This dude is an industry shill. Has to be. No one else would want teens thrown in jail for 10 years for making a copy of a cd. Notice how he just shrugged off the China question? The record companies can't touch Chinese pirates, but they can extort 3K each from teens. And that's what they want. Broader power to extort money from people. But using the spectre of terrorism to do it is just sickening. They have no shame.
