Mary McCarthy makes four
American Thinker ^ | 4-24096 | James Lewis

Posted on 04/24/2006 7:43:45 AM PDT by Renfield

Mary McCarthy is the fourth Clinton NSC member to assault the Bush White House. Ms. McCarthy, who was dismissed for leaking national security secrets to the press, is not the first Clintonite to undermine and assault the Bush White House. The biggest raging bulls attacking the White House have been former Clinton National Security characters.

Mary McCarthy was one. So was Joe Wilson – and his wife Val Plame, who presumably cooked up the phony Niger uranium documents scam, which now has Scooter Libby facing jailtime. Then we had Richard Clarke, who ran interference for the Clintonistas during the 9/11 Commission hearings, so that Clinton’s criminal neglect of Osama Bin Laden was somehow “overlooked.” The media never cites those Clinton connections. Joe Wilson is always “Ambassador,” but never “Clinton appointee.”

Then we have Sandy Burglar himself, of course. And Mary makes four.

These folks are not just loyal old Clintonistas. They are also auditioning for the second eight years of Clinton II.

A politicized national security apparatus is not the only Clinton legacy. Slick Willie himself routinely attacks the White House before foreign audiences, including those that are filled with radical Islamists, as in Dubai. So do Al Gore and Madeleine Albright.

That’s why Iran’s nuclear zealots are placing their bets on 2008, when the Democrats will collapse to rising Islamist power.

Then we have the Clinton generals, who were promoted by Bill and Hillary to make the military politically correct—- i.e., leftist. They were in the news just last week, applauded by the media for their courage and integrity.

The Justice Department was deeply politicized under Clinton I, which explains a lot of things, including 9/11.

And the upper levels of the CIA are still undermining the long war against Islamic fascism.

If Hillary wins in 2008 watch for new leftwing infiltration, subversion and politicization of the military and foreign policy apparatus.

I think you can safely add Sandy Burglar to the mix.

Now, we know that Zinni and Mary McTraitor are together in the Zinni/Rat coup plot to remove GW as our lawfully elected president. The other traitor/generals/admirals have received their 40 pieces of silver when they joined the Zinni Coup Plotters to stab Rummy and GW in the back on TV and in the left wing fish wraps.

Clinton's handling, or lack of handling, of OBL is in the 9/11 Commission Report. It's right there in black and white...just few people are willing to go and read about it.

Mo1's link from today's Tony Snow thread...

Hey, Orkin Man! - political appointees becoming part of the bureaucracy

From the link:

The Clinton administration will finally skulk out of town come January but not without leaving a termite infestation in its wake. Namely, dozens of political appointees who, rather than go back to whatever private-sector racket they ran before winning the favor of Bill Clinton or his Cabinet secretaries, instead are burrowing themselves into the body bureaucratic, feigning a metamorphosis from political hack to public servant.

Between October 1998 and June of this year, 57 people appointed to their high positions by the White House, usually because of their ideological affinity with the president, underwent sudden, seemingly miraculous, transformations into professional civil servants, according to a General Accounting Office (GAO) study. Although not unknown during other administration changeovers, the practice of "burrowing-in" is being watched closely by some on Capitol Hill who worry not only about whether it's unfair to career civil servants and violates merit-system protections but whether the lingering presence of such moles might not leave an indelible ideological stamp on the supposedly nonpartisan machinery of government.

Reviewing the NSC office for Intelligence Programs one finds: George Tenet (1993-1996), Rand Beers (1996-1998), and Mary McCarthy (1999-2001). There you have a real three-ball combination. As for Hillary, the person to look out for should she become President is Mara E. Rudman, former NSC Deputy Assistant to the President and now at the Center for American Progress the very left wing insitution in search of "Progressive ideas...."

Mary McCarthy is just one of the reasons President Bush sent Porter Goss to the CIA. This is the first of what I hope will be many more dominoes to fall.

There has been a problem with subersive leakers at CIA, State, just about every Federal Agency, and a lot of the leaks over the years have been significant enough to directly embolden Islamic terrorists, and brought us to where we are today.

I know it will never happen, but I would love to see a few indictments for treason come out of this. It's an even further stretch to wish for, but a conviction for treason would damn sure send the right message to a bunch of Federal Employees, to remind them that they do not have the authority or the right to compromise US Security, by leaking.

Also never Kerry employee and financial supporter.

Bill Bennett just this morning laughed when a caller used this name for Berger. Bennett said that he had never heard it before. He needs to get with the twenty-first century.
