No credit, no citizenship, no driver's license required. I found that funny for some reason. I probably would have found it a great deal more funny had not two of the last three people to ram my car in traffic been illegal aliens with no insurance and no right to be here. I don't know anything about Texas law but it would seem that if the dealer knowingly sells a vehicle to someone who does not have the legal right to drive on our roads while illegally residing here (not just on "vacation") that the dealer just maybe liable in the case of an accident. I think I remember certain anti-second ammenders that have tried to bust out the firearms manufacturers when a criminal gets hold of a gun they had legally produced and sold. The business is probably illegal also so they probably don't care - it will all be like the wild wild west once Mexico reclaims "their" land. /sarcasm
