Will it take the severed heads of American police officers on spikes on Rodeo Boulevard to make the OBL and WSJ editorial page question their positions ? Or will Bush still be saying they are 'doing jobs American's won't do' ?
We are still fighting the Italian maffia, after 100 years.
When Rush Limbaugh commented on the large number of Hispanic protestors compared to those of the anti-war protestors, he said that the illegals are doing the protests that white liberals are no longer willing to perform.
So what else is news?
1.These folks work.
However, since they drop out of school, usually to work, they will, for the most part, stay an underclass of entry level workers. They SAY education is important, but practically speaking they just don't mean it.
2. They are very family oriented.
However, the Hispanic family is breaking up. That is the worst possible news. We have seen what happens when families, especially minority families, break up: a new underclass of divorced women, uneducated to boot, emerges.
Result: look at the downward spiral of the black family: with 3/4 babies born out of wedlock, TOO many of their men in prison, TOO many of their young people on drugs, too many of all of them on welfare.

On the final component of underclass behavior - school failure – Hispanics are in a class by themselves. No other group drops out in greater numbers. In 2000, nearly 30 percent of Hispanics between the ages of 16 and 24 were high school dropouts nationwide, compared with about 13 percent of blacks and about 7 percent of whites.
The constant inflow of barely literate recent Mexican arrivals unquestionably brings down Hispanic education levels. But later American-born generations don't brighten the picture much. Mexican-Americans are assimilating not to the national schooling average, observed the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas this June, but to the dramatically lower "Hispanic average." In educational outcomes, concluded the bank, "Ethnicity matters."
We keep lowering our standards in public schools to accomodate this. Soon they'll all be as screwed up as the group being discussed.
I say again:
GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
PUT THEM IN CONSERVATIVE PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

Saved in the nick of time, America's international socialist elite thank their unlikely allies greedbag American businessmen who imported tens of millions of new illegal residents over the past twenty five years.
To think, without this latest & largest wave of poverty stricken newcomers seeking the 'American Dream' the racial grievance racketeers and welfare state pimps were in danger of fading away.

So much for that good Catholic upbringing that the Catholic Church is all a twitter about in forcing the country to accept ILLEGALS so their numbers can swell.
I think the Hispanic immigrant's culture also is part of their problem. I dated a Salvadoran woman for a few months, and I noticed a strong anti-education current in her culture. That isn't say they all are that way, but there is an antipathy to those Hispanics who get an education from my observation.
