I would suspect that education their children costs more than the 6-7 billion you quote. Health Care is another matter that is coming out of our pockets. I have nothing against people coming to America to work as long as there is a process in place to do it legally. However the endless cycle of granting immunity to the current wave of illegals, that only encourages more to enter the country in the next wave. America is a country, not a mall where folks just wander in.

Ever thought of running for elected office?

Perhaps you should consider such.

The 6-7 billion is only the tip of the iceberg. It only represents those Social Security numbers that have no name attached. The Dallas-Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports one child's social security number was used 742 times by workers in 42 states. That's one potential beneficiary and 742 salaries paying into the system.

Banks too, have found that illegal immigrants have a greater sense of community that leads to lower mortgage default rates. They are finding ways to process mortgages and put the immigrants in homes where they also pay property taxes.

All those immigrants clamoring for housing have pushed up home prices to record levels.
