Sex toys aren't banned in Georgia. They may be in other the states though.

Georgia currently prohibits the sale, or advertisement for sale, of " any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs." Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated

There is currently a bill in the Georgia Senate to repeal/amend this "sex toy" law. SB 631

The sex toys you currently find for sell in Georgia are sold as novelty items.
