Pure evil is just for starters...
They are also determined, patient, shrewd, and, worst of all, well funded...
Why can't they be pure evil - but dumb, lazy, and poor - maybe just hate us when it's convenient?

In the meantime ... compromise is the word here.
We'll look for absurd excuses to embrace them and defend them. Never mind that some simply PRACTICE their BELIEFS with great diligence while others slum alittle when putting their SAME beliefs into practice.
Battling evil is apparently not meant to be convenient nor unchallenging.
