FREEPER RESEARCH----BREAKDOWN OF LAWMAKERS' CURRENT POSITION ON AMNESTY LAW:

FR POST http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1619626/posts?page=49

FREEPER ACTIVISM Public officials who represent you are required to be bonded, and might have incurred imprisonment, fines, or other criminal penalties for violating the terms of bonding, for lying on bonding applications, and may have filed false bonding applications and/or claims. Similar penalties apply to insurance organizations for example---St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co--is one such company that provides bond insurance for public officials. Check it out in your area.

Criminalizing political arguments is a really bad idea.

We're not criminalizing political arguments---we're protecting the rule of law.

This would work if we had civil servants but now we only have civil masters.

Regrettably this is not a political argument. This is an invasion by a foreign force (aka army). There is going to be heck to pay if the invasion by this army isn't ended. But who cares is the attitude of our elected, until the next 911 type attack, then all the citizens will be watching the elected run for cover. I don't want to see more Americans die, but the blind eyes of our elected appear to want more blood. Americans can't stop the course, we are too far in. Only the elected can decide to enforce the law(s). I have my popcorn. This situation is going to become interesting very quickly as soon as the next 911 type attack occurs.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

We only get the kind of governance we allow.

It's time to reverse the equation----as the founders intended----and go after the governance we deserve.

Looking at that list makes it clear that illegal aliens are most likely guilty of multiple felonies. Not only do they merit deportation, but if prosecuted and convicted, many of these "colonists" would spend several decades in jail. They should be thankful that we have the compassion just to want them deported.

Americans watch illegal invaders taking over our streets, waving foreign flags, preaching revolution, the overthrow of the US government, annexation of the border states, and occupation by a foreign government. This is national security we're talking here. Not somebody's reelection strategy.

Lawmakers should be required to comment on the mindset of invasion, rather than immigration, and The Plan for illegal invaders to overthrow the US government, annex the southern borders, conspire with foreign government(s) to wage war against the US, and to allow foreign government(s) to occupy the lower states.

We demand to know if legislators support these comments.

Reconquista Armando Navarro 'Ethnic Studies' Professor at the University of California, Riverside Anti-American, Fifth-Column Menace announced: "Ladies and Gentlemen, what this means (the US Senate immigration bill) is a transfer of power, it means control, and it is the young people, the people who are now moving to develop an agenda for the twenty first century they are going to be in a position to really make the promise of what the Chicano movement was all about in terms of self-determination, in terms of empowerment, even in the terms of an Aztlan...."

And that's a partial list of felonies.

Deportation would be the least of their problems----IF our laws were enforced.

I agree!
Because of law makers and judges ignoring the Constitution, we need to start firing each one.

Exactly! The govt. has failed in its most important duty.....to defend and protect the American people from criminal foreign invaders.

How do I tell a 40 year old American carpenter that his own government has stolen his job from him? Why should he respect a corrupt government that cares more about flooding the country with illegals than if he has a job.

Illegal alien supporters by Government officials, Scofflaws all. The broken window syndrome will kick in for the general population sooner, rather than later.

No way will Americans stand still for this outrage----an American loses his job so some moron from Mexico can screw US taxpayers. This will end. Count on it.
