George Allen has stated several times that a "guest worker" program SHOULD NOT BE A PATH TO CITIZENSHIP.

I wonder why he's listed as "Will Not Rule Out Legalizing Illegals" ..?? Curious!

George Allen supports a guest worker program, and favors a virtual, not an actual, fence. Like Bush, Allen says he's against amnesty, but really means to legalize illegals through a guest worker program.

Some politicians (I don't know about Allen) have been making statements that imply support on both sides of the issue. I plan to ask my senators point blank - probably will not get an answer.
