Are you really this dense? The President cannot, by law, fire civil service employees because of their political affiliation. Even Bill Clinton abided by this rule. The Travel Office employees were fired for "cause" (embezzlement) even though this was a falsehood. He fired all US District Attorneys because they WERE political apointees.

The President did NOT fire anyone who was not in cilvil service. Many of the Clintonista career people have been reasigned. But they were not fired, because of the law.
