I will tell you one last time because I know you like to use word games like most of the russian leadership. Russia is helping Iran with nuclear material and technical know how. Whether it is fissile material to make a nuclear weapon or just enough to make a radioactive dirty bomb is moot. Iran sits on top of a sea of oil so they dont need nuclear power for a few centuries at least.What does matter is if some radioactive device is used against the US or our intrest then all the parties involved will be held to account. This includes the Russians.China and Russia are allowing this to happen by blocking any action in the UN security council. They both know it destabilizes the oil rich region and buffers US/EU and the wests power. Once a radioactive attack or the nukes start flying the US will take the kid gloves off and do what we been waiting for since the beginning of the cold war. Russia/china/and Iran are playing with the very existence of mankind. We had a balance with nukes after the cold war now this little game they are playing may eventually start ww3 after years of trying to deter it. You may be happy to stick it to the US now but the outcome of this could be bad for all humans.
