Someone told here on FR that plazma stealth will emit badly in infrared band. SO Norad will pick up its emitings easily.
Russian scientists are very smart. No wonder, since US confirmed that by using russian mathematician Ufimtsev invention for her stealth. Surprised?:) Maybe those "pesky" russians devised something very new again:).

Yeah, tell that to Putin restoring KGB leaders monuments and saying USSR was a "great" country and a big loss..
