Every politician, at least the winners, know exactly who voted for whom.

The law may may say the votes are secret but they're not and you can take that to the bank. They are recorded and the people that need to see those records, do so.

How do you think the jobs are handed out? Every politician knows that everyone they talk to says, "I voted for you."
