Charging her with "willfully intimidating, coercing, threatening and harassing a foreign official," on the other hand, is a revolt against the Constitution as well as common sense. I would have to see the actual laws in play before I form an opinion on the charges.
In any case I really doubt she will suffer any severe penalty for this.

How do you feel about involuntary organ "donation," as penalty for political dissent?

I would have to see the actual laws in play before I form an opinion on the charges.All evidence points to this woman being criminally charged for expressing views that made the administration uncomfortable. Plead ignorance all you like, but don't get all upset when no one wants to play along.
