I don't know what the follow-up was after they were dragged away. I am sure that the leftist orgs are experts at knowing all the ins and outs of disorderly conduct laws, or they would not be acting disorderly on such a routine basis. It has to be a misdemeanor charge for which they get released on their own recognizance, maybe paying a slight fine, which they consider money well spent.
I have never heard of any of them spending time in jail after a few hours (or overnight) detention/
