"normal, stable people"....I think that once we figure out what that means, we'll all be for that.

I work with a gentleman who is wonderful at his job, delightful to be around, has a Bush '04 sticker on the back window of his car, is reliable and trustworthy and is the finest employee with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He's about as "normal" a person as I have ever met.

And he has been with the same partner (male) for the past 31 years.

They go to church every Sunday morning without fail, with their 2 kids, who they adopted ...a boy and a girl, who are "normal", well-adjusted kids who study hard, have excellent grades and our proud as can be of their parents, who they refer to as "Dad" and "Dad".

He thinks that gay marriage is a non-issue, that marriage is between a man and a woman, and that the gay community has no right to expect society to re-define "marriage" to suit them, especially when the leaders of the gay community behave like "neanderthals" (his word).

They did hold a commitment ceremony, which both sets of parents attended and sat with their grandchildren, of whon they are justifiably very proud.

This is a normal, well-adjusted family where the parents just happen to be gay.

What in Heavens name is "normal"?

Normal is children being raised by a mother and a father. I feel very sorry for the children you describe. People can pretend all they want that homosexuality does not have consequences, and does not indicate other problems, but that doesn't make it true.

Sorry homesexuality is not normal. People who misuse and abuse their bodies have behavioral issues that need to be worked out. People who devote their lives and define their characters based on the abuse of their bodies have very serious behavioral issues that are best characterized as psychological disorders.

This is the way neighbors described the Wichita mass murderer last year.

In the case of "heaven" the Ozzie & Harriet picture of homosexuality you attempt to paint would be summarily rejected.

I would suggest your moral relative arguments glorifying things homosexual would be better received on DU.

Any anecdotal 'good' you herald as somehow homosexually good is actually good in spite of the homosexual disorder NOT because of it...

Men having sex with men, and then involving children in their perversity, and calling it a "family"....that sounds perfectly normal to me.

NOT!
