The machining of exotic metals to house weapons grade uranium. The presence of weapons grade uranium or plutonium, and diversion of said materials to warheads, putting the warheads on missiles. There are countless other technical steps for which I as laymen are unaware of but I think building a case that Iran isn't interest in peaceful nuclear research wouldn't be hard. That being said, will the Russians listen or is this about something larger. Namely stopping the spread of American power before it gets to the vary back door of Russia and China.
