A 10 KGB bomb would be pretty bad, but we'd probably only lose about a hundred thousand people.

IMO if they had one, why don't they just blow it up here already. Its not like they can't just walk over our border. Plus if they get caught they could just blow up were they are and still do major damage.

And without tritium refuling in the last couple of years, they've got paperweights at best, fizzles at worst.
